after toking to another ex-band major, i came to a conclusion.

BAND MAJORS R ALWAYS TREATED AS TRANSPARENT.

AND IT IS ALWAYS THE DRUM MAJORS WHO ALWAYS DO WAT BAND MAJORS R SUPPOSED TO DO.

WHICH IS Y BAND MAJORS HAVE NTH TO DO.

THEREFORE, BAND MAJORS AND DRUM MAJORS CANNOT WORK WELL TGT.

tis is wat i realise after toking to many ex-band majors. its like band majors always have this problem. but i duno how's the band now. n i'm nt close wit my bandmates in sec sch.

anyway, band prac today. went thru pieces for the youth park concert. feel tat we play kinda lousy today, for those pieces tat we played during the concert. gotta prac hard! must play well! =)
